We offer an exclusive selection of high-end, ready-to- wear outfits from top designers such as Sabyasachi, Ridhima Bhasin, Prathyusha Garimella as well many upcoming and talented designers. We want to make runway-fashion accessible to everyone, every day. And the concept is simple; Rent it, Wear it, Return it.

FIND the perfect look from our collection of designer outfits. RENT your look for four days (or longer if preferred!) RETURNING is easy. We provide the packaging, return label and even handle the dry cleaning! THE TIMELINE Your outfit arrives on day ONE of your reservation. You keep it for day TWO and THREE and return it on day FOUR with your prepaid shipping label.

Our standard rental period is four days. On day one you receive the item, and on day four you return the item by 12pm (excludes Sundays).

We do not ship orders out for Sunday arrivals, so please choose Saturday or Monday arrivals. Where you select Thursday as the start date of your borrowing period, our online booking system will automatically switch from four days to five days, making Monday your return date. This is because our shipping labels are not created for you to ship back on a Sunday. You will not be charged for the fifth day, but please be sure to return the outfit on Monday by 12pm.

Absolutely! Simply email us on info@showstopper-london.co.uk to confirm availability for tailored rental periods. Your will be charged a rental fee of £25 for each additional day you wish to keep the outfit.

Of course!

We will make sure your outfit is steamed and wrinkle free when we send it to you, but we can’t control wrinkling that results from the shipping process so the outfit may need to be lightly pressed when it arrives. We would advise to keep the iron on low heat, or hang it to shake the wrinkles out. Please do not iron at high heat as this can damage the outfit. Outfits damaged will either be charged a repair fee (determined by Showstopper London) or a full replacement fee, if it is beyond repair.

We work with experienced dry cleaners in London who understand the care required in cleaning our garments. No matter how delicate or embellished the outfit is, we ensure it is thoroughly dry cleaned and ironed before being shipped to you.

There is nothing worse than falling in love with an outfit only to find it doesn’t fit. To avoid this problem, we have outlined detailed measurements for each outfit on our website. Simply click on to the outfit of your choice and read the description next to it. Don’t forget to read our ‘how to measure’ guide to help you with the measurements! If you are still unsure or have size related questions, please email us at info@showstopper-london.co.uk with your query.

Showstopper London will accept returns if: 1) A Showstopper London representative has been notified within SIX hours of receiving the order of its unsuitability 2) the item has not been worn and the authenticity tag is attached AND 3) the item is scanned by DPD for return within 24 hours of receipt. If the tag is unattached, we will not provide a refund on the item.

If you wish to change or cancel your order before it is delivered, please let us know immediately by contacting customer service at info@showstopper-london.co.uk. We will facilitate a cancellation for you providing it is within reasonable timescales. However, any orders cancelled 5 working days prior to your event date will incur a £50 cancellation fee. Alternatively, Showstopper London can provide a credit for the full amount of the order. The credit will be valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue.

We ship to mainland UK. Our standard delivery fee is £12.99 and provides you with next day delivery. We will send a pre-paid returns label at no additional cost. Delivery is fully tracked and our next day courier service will provide you with delivery notifications via SMS or email once your parcel has been shipped. Our DPD driver will notify you of a 1-hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery. If you are unable to take delivery at the time specified, please click on the link provided and arrange a more convenient time slot. Please note receiving the parcel in a timely manner will be your responsibility. Showstopper London cannot be held liable for any missed deliveries. A signature may be required on receipt.

On day four of your rental period, please follow the packing instructions in the box to pack the outfit appropriately and attach your pre-paid shipping label to the box. Once packed, please drop off the package at your local DPD drop off point. You can choose the most convenient drop off point by going to http://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp and typing in your postcode. *If day four falls on a Sunday, please use day five to return the outfit. You will not be charged for the fifth day, but please be sure to return the outfit on Monday by 12pm.

Ouch! We would hate for that to happen and would encourage you to avoid that at all costs. We rely on you to return our outfits on time so that we are able to fulfil our promise to other customers. Sadly, we will have to charge a £25 late fee for each day.

We do our best to let you know the original packaging should be used for your return. If it has been thrown away, you will have to purchase new packaging to return the outfit and you can attach the pre-paid return label which we sent with your order.

Please contact us immediately and we can re-issue a return label in a PDF format directly to your email.

Please do not try to clean the item yourself, simply email us and we can help you. Providing the stain is removable, you may be charged a small fee for the cleaning costs so we highly recommend the optional insurance to avoid being charged.

Yes, you can add optional insurance which covers minor accidental damages such as a zip break or stains which can be removed during dry cleaning. Our number one priority is that you have an amazing time wearing the outfit, but obviously we ask that you take care of the outfit. The insurance will cost £6.99 and the option appears at the checkout stage.

When you place an order, you agree to the terms and conditions which state that any unrepairable damage made, will result in you being charged a full replacement cost of the outfit.
